This one is a budget device from Huawei's Honor line. Device's specification fits its budget character, as does its price of ($91, although we do not know when will the phone be released outside of China). It does have an interesting feature, though, namely its customizable left-side button; that button can be assigned to any of the phone's functions, especially since it can be pressed, double-pressed and pressed-and-hold. That allows it to, technically, be assigned three different functions. Cool.
