Patent war... patent war never changes. Huawei has accused the korean giant of encroaching on many tech patents bought out by Huawei. Huawei's case ended in its favour, with the judges demanding that Samsung pay the $11.6 milion fine. End of story? Naah... Huawei has accused Samsung with more patent encroaching, and Samsung has responded in kind. Whatever happens, happens, but I do not think that the outcome of the megacorp's war will in any way influence us little people, at least not in the short run. As for the titular case, Samsung considers making an appeal.
