Two months after the phone's release the day is finally here; Verizon (USA) users of LG V30 are finally getting their operational system upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo. The update weights over a hefy 1700 gigabytes and offers a number of Oreo-related features such as improved notification settings, picture-in-picture mode and a smart text selection.
We do not know when will the other US carriers update their LG V30's, but it will probably happen sooner than later.
