US versions of the above phones have already received their 8.0 Oreo update, so it is only natural that the US' friendly neighbour was next. Right now the update has reached devices sold by Videotron, Koodo, Telus, Rogers, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Fido - although only for the unlocked units. If your phone has not updated automatically yet, feel free to do it manually. Just make sure that your phone's charged and connected to a Wi-Fi, 'cause it will be 1.3GB of downloading.
